Saplings

In here the children are ages 3-5 years, in this room you can find up to 20 children on a 1:8 ratio. During their time in saplings children are getting prepared for "big school" they will have lots of learning opportunities and we encourage each child to become a confident individual. Not only do the children make thier own play using lots of natural and authentic resources they are also encouraged to be independent with serving meals and snacks, self care such as toileting and washing hands and faces. We have educational activities along with lots of fun things to do too. We have a large outdoor classroom that we use for daily activities and spend a lot of time outside during the better weather
